When struggling with unresolved trauma, codependency, and addiction, we lose our connection to ourselves. In this group, we will explore writing as an opportunity for self-connection, personal insight, and nurturing compassion.

Writing Group Format
Step-by-Step
We begin with a few grounding breathes.
I will share a writing prompt with the group.
We will write together as a group for a period of time.
Everyone has the opportunity to share.
After someone shares their writing, group members can express appreciation, what they liked about the person’s share, or what resonated with them.
Once everyone who wants to share has done so, we will close the group.
