Expressive Writing Group
When struggling with unresolved trauma, codependency, and addiction, we lose our connection to ourselves. In this online group for women in recovery, we explore writing as an opportunity for self-connection, personal insight, and healing in community.

Expressive Writing Groups
A Space to Write, Reflect + Reconnect
You don’t have to consider yourself a writer to be here.
I offer gentle, thoughtfully chosen prompts and invites you to simply write what comes up. There’s no pressure to make it polished, profound, or even “good.” The purpose is to slow down, listen inward, and put words to what you’re feeling in the present moment.
For women in recovery, it can be easy to lose touch with our own voice along the way. This group creates a safe, supportive online space to explore writing as a way back to yourself, offering opportunities for self-connection, personal insight, healing, and the comfort of being in community with other women.
Come as you are. Write what’s true. Share only what feels comfortable.
Join Us
The Expressive Writing Group for Women in Recovery meets online on the second Saturday of each month, unless I note otherwise.
$25 per session
I don’t believe cost should be a barrier to creativity, connection, or healing. If a sliding scale would make joining the group more accessible, simply reach out and ask.
